Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours will treat all customers with respect and be fair and reasonable when a customer has to cancel a tour.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy -Prepayment-
Your credit card will be debited for the amount of half the cost of the booked tour to secure your booking.
Please note, if you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours will require 48hours notice prior to the morning of the scheduled tour date.
Unfortunately, unless this notice is given Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours will need to charge for the half of the cost of the booked tour.
The safety and wellbeing is of the highest priority for Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours. If a tour is cancelled by Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours due to severe weather conditions or the trails used are closed by the Local Shires or Parks and Wildlife then the customer will be offered a rescheduled tour that is suitable to both parties , if a suitable date can’t be reach the customer will receive a full refund .
Perth Hills Mountain Bike Tours will assess every cancelation made inside the 48-hour clause and at there discretion will refund the deposit if reason for cancelation is deemed fair.
