After searching the market for a trailer to transport a E-Bike fleet and not being able to find a suitable solution we decided to build our own. We wanted to be able to lift the bikes up with ease , the trailer needed to be tuff enough to suit the Australia conditions , be able to store the Bike Helmets etc and look cool. This is what we came up with!
Our Trailers are proudly built in West Australia using local tradesman to insure you recieve the highest of quality possible. We use LED lighting through out , all wiring is run in conduit through the chassis and frame , high quality waterproof Deutsch Connectors are used to join the wires and P Clamp and stainless fasteners are used to secure the wiring harness to the frame.
The chassis and main frame are built seperately and bolted together at the final assemble. Aluminium check plate is used one the floor and Aluminium plate used for the front and rear walls. The chassis and frame along with the Aluminium plates are all powder coated separately . Stainless Steel fasteners are used to secure the Aluminium plates to the frame to insure your trailer will remain rust free.
